Gunjan Shree (Krishnendu Mohan Thakur) started his lateral career with Ujaas (A Maithili magazine) as a editor. In the very beginning years of his college, he got associated with a team of highly enthusiastic motivational speakers which happened to work for the rural area’s students and to make them capable of speaking and to compete them in a fiercely competitive world. While pursuing his degree in Bachelor of Computer Application, as a budding entrepreneur he started an online e-commerce portal named sappymart.com along with his three other friends. This portal is serving the literary heritage by making a provision of online availability of rare and historical books. Adding an extra edge to his innovation the platform is currently staging well known Madhubani Painting and other stuff of cultural identity.
Apart from this, Gunjan is an avid reader and a versatile genius with the pen. More than 500 poems, 60 stories and a hundred plus article on different literary criticism is to portrait him among the leading writers of his age. His literary work so far has been published in all noted magazines and newspaper of repute.

Very passionate about rejuvenating the language he speaks, he started a monthly literary meeting “Sahityik Chaupadi” in Patna (Bihar) in 2015 where budding writers are guided and promoted to excel in literature. He also owns the credit of editing a few Maithili magazine as a sub-editor.
He enthusiastically promotes Maithili drama and contributes as a music director in association with some non-profitable cultural organization and Adbishthata, Mrityunjaya, Objection mee Lord, Orijinal Kaam, Antim Gahana, are some play staged by him .
His remarkable work ‘Classical Fusion of Vidyapati’ a musical album, is an integral part of promoting Maithili Cultural program.
